Fraud Online Shopping Website | एक चेतावनी
13 December 2015 को मैंने अपने ब्लॉग Hindiera.com पर एक post डाली थी – fraud shopping websites को पहचाने, यूँ फंस ना जाएँ किसी के जाल में
मेरा इस article को लिखने का मकसद यह था कि मैं www.dealsnshopping.com और इस जैसी दूसरी fraud online shopping website के बारे में लोगों तक जानकारी पहुँचा दूँ जिससे वो सतर्क हो जाएँ और किसी fraud का शिकार होने से बच जाएँ। मेरे इस article पर अभी कुछ दिन पहले रोबिन गुप्ता जी ने अपना comment भेजा। रोबिन गुप्ता जी raigad, maharashtra से हैं और इस fraud online shopping website की जालसाजी का शिकार हुए हैं जो आप नीचे लिखे उनके comment को पढ़कर समझ सकते हैं :
next day i receive call from phone no 011-49056314 and this time person who was talking told his name “SHIVEN”. He told me prizes are in two category first is CASH prize (up to rs 62,000) and second is ELECTRONIC prize (43,000) and he also said me i need to pay rs 7725 for this process.
आखिर क्यों हम online scam के शिकार हो जाते हैं ?
i told Mr. Shiven that i can only pay half amount and half i”ll pay after product receive. “Shiven” said ok, no problem so at that time i paid rs.3999. he told me that i”ll receive call next day from product department.
He said me to select product i choose electronic product as mobile and he said that i need to pay remaining amount for further processing but i refuse. then in evening i received call from same number and this time the person who was on phone told is name “RAHUL BAJAJ” and Told me that i need to pay remaining amount so he will process my file but i said ,i already told Mr. Shiven that i”ll pay remaining amount after receive the product then Rahul Bajaj said that product will dispatch only when i complete process and i refuse and demand to refund my money.
Rahul Bajaj said it is long process and you will get your money 1-2 months after because of lengthy process. then i paid remaining amount rs 3726 and Rahul said i will call you next day for documents. Total Paid money is rs.7725.
एक गुजारिश – fraud से बचें और दूसरों को भी बचाएं
अपने comment में रोबिन गुप्ता जी ने लिखा है कि www.dealsnshopping.com की तरफ से किसी सोनिया ने उन्हें call किया और कहा कि उनकी company brand promotion के लिए आपको minimum 299 के purchase पर cash prize या कोई electronic item गिफ्ट में देगी। उन्होंने 499 की एक t-shirt purchase कर ली। उनकी इस खरीददारी के बाद उनके पास फिर से call आया जिसमे उन्हें cash या electronic prize में से एक को select करने को कहा गया। और साथ ही इस prize को claim करने के लिए उनसे 7725 रुपये भी security deposit के रूप में जमा कराने को कहा गया।

जब रोबिन जी ने उनसे सिर्फ आधे पैसे ही जमा करा पाने को कहा तो उस समय वो राजी हो गए और रोबिन जी ने 3999 रुपये जमा करा दिए। अगले दिन रोबिन जी के पास अपना product select करने के लिए फिर से phone आया। उन्होंने mobile phone select कर लिया लेकिन अब उन्हें कहा गया कि ये mobile लेने के लिए आपको बाकी के पैसे भी जमा कराने पड़ेंगे। रोबिन जी ने मना किया और अपने पैसे वापस मांगे तो वो लम्बे process का बहाना बनाने लगे। और रोबिन जी ने उनकी बातों में आकर बाकी के पैसे भी जमा करा दिए। लेकिन उन्हें ना तो mobile मिला और ना ही उनके पैसे वापस आये। रोबिन जी ने अपने इस comment में सभी से इस website से सावधान रहने को कहा है।
रोबिन जी का ये comment आने के कुछ दिन बाद ही उन्होंने फिर से मुझे नीचे दिया गया message किया।
Sir, after posting complaint online i received a call from https://dealsnshopping.com company and the person who was taking introduce him self as “Mr. Vishal” he said about my online complaint which i posted on some website such as consumer complaint website.
घर बैठे पैसा कमाएं (Online Scam-Part I)
They told me that after one day you will get your track id next day i call them but they said you have to wait for track id and daily they were giving me different excuse and many time told me to remove my complaint from online. Mr. Rahul Bajaj also called me and said that rs 7725 is not big amount for this you did complaint online and i said why rs 7725 is not matter? i also ask him full address of company because company has posted address on website is incomplete i.e. “SOUTH DELHI”.
Mr. Rahul asked me what will you do after know our full address, i told him i want your full address because if i need to send you written notice where should i send ? he did not give me address.
They told me that any how on Monday 11/01/16 product will dispatched and track id will be given to you and today (11/01/2016) i called them and they are saying that electronics items are now out of stock so we cannot send you product and you have to wait now more time and firstly remove your complaint from online.
I told them i have invested rs 7725 in your company and there is so much delay so how can i belief that after my complaint taking back from online or after given a review in favour of your company , i”ll get product because still you only taking my time and did not give me any solution.

अपनी मेहनत की कमाई को धोखेबाजों से बचाएं
So to all persons who is reading my complaint i am requesting that https://dealsnshopping.com website is doing online fraud by announcing prizes and still i have not receive any thing . so please don’t waste your money at this website if you give money , you”ll be cheated .
इसमें रोबिन जी ने लिखा है कि कई जगह शिकायत करने के बाद इस fraud online shopping website की तरफ से उनके पास फ़ोन आया और उन्हें उनकी जमा की गई रकम यानि 7725 की कीमत का mobile phone देने की बात कही गई लेकिन इसके लिए भी शर्त रखी गई कि पहले रोबिन जी सभी online forum से अपनी complaint वापस ले और website के favour में लिखे। रोबिन जी ने इसके लिए मना कर दिया तो उन्हें oninfo@dealsnshopping.com पर website से कोई complaint नहीं होने की बात लिखकर भेजने को कहा गया। रोबिन जी ने उन्हें ये भी लिखकर भेज दिया पर वो लोग उन्हें आज-कल आज-कल करके टालते रहें और उन्हें कोई product नहीं भेजा गया।

रोबिन जी अपनी complaints के जरिये लोगों को जागरूक करना चाहते हैं। वो चाहते हैं उनकी बात ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों तक पहुँच जाये जिससे लोग www.dealsnshopping.com और इस जैसी दूसरी fraud online shopping website की जालसाजी का शिकार होने से बच जाएँ।
एक दूसरे message में रोबिन जी ने मेरे अपने blog के जरिये लोगों को online fraud से जागरूक करने के प्रयास की सरहाना की। जिसके लिए मैं उन्हें दिल से धन्यवाद् देता हूँ और चाहता हूँ कि रोबिन जी की तरह ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों को सामने आना चाहिए और ऐसे फर्जीवाड़ों के खिलाफ अधिक से अधिक लोगों को जागरूक करना चाहिए।
अगर आप ऐसे किसी भी fraud का शिकार हुए हैं तो शायद आपके नुकसान की भरपाई तो नहीं की जा सके लेकिन अगर आप चाहें तो अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक अपनी बात पहुँचा कर ऐसे फर्जी लोगों का नुकसान कर सकते हैं और दूसरे बहुत से अनजान लोगों को फ़ायदा पहुँचा सकते हैं।
